The idea for LES COPAINS D’ABORD had been dancing around in his head for a long time. One day, between two drinks and three wild ideas, he told his friends: “One day I’ll open my own bistro, and I’ll call it LES COPAINS D’ABORD.” With a Brassens song playing in the background, the dream was already starting to take shape.

That dream came true in March 2024, when the bistro LES COPAINS D’ABORD officially opened its doors. And, as always with ZENO, it wasn’t just an opening—it was a declaration of love to friendship, to sharing, to great food and good times.

Two days in, and he already knew the first names of every local shopkeeper.
